September 13, 2011 was the second day of a two week Wilkes County Superior Court session. NCAR citizen Mandie Rose had previously been advised by NC Assistant District Attorney Fred Bauer that she should be in court ...

This may seem like deja vu as we head into court once again. Mandie Rose (yes, the same citizen who was recently in Forsyth County District Court) has a separate ongoing case in Wilkes County which has been escalated to Superior Court. Court will be in session for the next two weeks, and Mandie's appeal is on the docket.
