NCAR Citizen Action Alert: We need your help!

This may seem like deja vu as we head into court once again. Mandie Rose (yes, the same citizen who was recently in Forsyth County District Court) has a separate ongoing case in Wilkes County which has been escalated to Superior Court. Court will be in session for the next two weeks, and Mandie's appeal is on the docket.

Mandie, along with representatives from Forsyth and Mecklenburg counties, appeared promptly in court this morning to hear the ADA's court schedule for the next two weeks. Fred Bauer, NC Assistant District Attorney, summoned Ms. Rose to discuss the paperwork that she filed with the court, and appeared to be interested in exploring her brief more thoroughly before proceeding. The ADA discussed the matter with Judge Lindsey Davis, who agreed to put Ms. Rose on the court schedule for tomorrow, Tuesday September 13, 2011 at 9:00 AM.

Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday September 13, 2011 at 8:45 AM at the Wilkes County Courthouse, 500 Courthouse Drive, Wilkesboro, NC.  We realize this is a last minute request, but we need supporters to physically show up in the courtroom tomorrow. This is your opportunity to get involved, and stand shoulder to shoulder with fellow patriots who are standing up for the constitution. Will you join us? There are carpools organizing in Forsyth and Mecklenburg counties, and others from all over the state are encouraged to make an effort to be there with us. If you come, we ask is that you arrive promptly, if not a little early, and come dressed in professional/business attire. All that you have to do is show up and sit with us in the courtroom.

We will gather at 8:45 AM outside the main entrance of the Wilkes County Courthouse, we'll meet briefly and then head into the court room together at 9:00 AM. If you have questions about tomorrow's proceedings, or if you would like to help organize a carpool in your area, contact Cliff Muncy, Forsyth County Representative, at 336-924-0402 or Jill Ainsworth, Mecklenburg County Representative, at 704-563-4554.

Perhaps you have been receiving our newsletters, following our news updates, and are supportive of our efforts, but you may still not be totally sure what it is that we're challenging, or what we're fighting for. The North-Carolina American Republic, and the legal arguments that we bring forth, fights for constitutional state sovereignty by challenging the constitutionality of the Reconstruction Acts of 1868 which overthrew lawful state governments, nationalized citizenship, and put into place a new body politic which is still in control today. To put it simply, we are pro-actively and aggressively protecting our Constitution. Our founding fathers risked their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor for our states, for this country, and for this republic. We firmly believe it is worth fighting for.

Again, please join us tomorrow, Tuesday September 13, 2011 at 8:45 AM at the Wilkes County Courthouse, 500 Courthouse Drive, Wilkesboro, NC. For a map and directions, click here.
